Weight Training Tip
If you are looking for a slimmer waistline, avoid training your abs with heavy loads. You should shoot for a weight that you can achieve at least 15 repetitions per set. Between sets, keep your rests to 60 seconds or less. You can also use your own bodyweight as resistance.
